These talented sales oriented individuals will have the unique opportunity to build and grow their own book of business with no limit on compensation with a high commission split, a competitive diminishing subsidy program and a long term buy out option.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuously generate new business leads through strategic marketing campaigns
  • Build client relationships and trust through strong people skills
  • Manage new business accounts efficiently by providing consistent and dependable service
  • Collaborate and provide solutions where needed to drive agency growth and improvements
  • Comply with all insurance carrier requests and underwriting guidelines to maintain a profitable book of business
  • Properly document all activities in an agency management system to support a paperless environment

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and possess the ability to multi-task and effectively set and meet deadlines
  • Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance license (Life & Health is a plus)
  • 2 year minimum agency sales experience required
  • Work well independently with little need for supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with web based quoting tools
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
